This is the first page of a project I am working on to create a Master List of all gathered information from various sources about the Primeval team. Also, if you have bits and pieces to add, post! I still have some of my own research to add, but anyway... Ideally, this is a living document and can be continuously updated.
Once all of these are complete, I'll post a Master List to Denial... resources are listed below.

Abby Maitland Compiled Bio

Age: 24
Height: 5'2"
Birthplace: Brighton, Sussex [1,2,3] note: source does not specify in what year she is 24, but Bio from source states that no one but Connor knows about Rex. Estimate is Series 1
Family:
Connor doesn’t seem to know that Jack is Abby’s brother before she introduces them. [S3.E4] [4]
Abby says Jack is the only family she has. [S3.E8] [4]
Hannah Spearritt says Abby learned Kickboxing "because she was abused as a child" (not clear if she was serious) [6]
Work:
Abby says she delivered babies when she worked at the zoo - zebras, lions, antelopes and giraffes [S3.E3] [4]
Abby operates on the Dracorex [S3.E7] [4]
Abby performs an autopsy on the dead insect [S3.E8] [4]
Abby recieved a grant to fund two years of her research at the lizard house at Wellington Zoo from the "The Helen Cutter Educational Trust." Cutter apparantly arranged the grant so that she would stick around to be part of the anomaly team. [A Rip in Time, pg 67] (set between S1.E1 and S1.E2)
Background:
Gutsy zoologist and reptile expert Abby dropped out of college when she was offered her dream job in the lizard house [1, 2]
This love affair with lizards dates back to a trip to the Galapagos Islands as a child [2,3]
Hobbies:
Bird watching, yoga, martial arts, dog training, lizards [2,3]
Character Traits:

With the exception of spiders, she prefers the company of animals to humans [1]
To this day she prefers the company of animals to humans - apart from spiders that is (she suffers from arachnophobia) [2]

Men are not high on Abby’s agenda though. Her mind is firmly focused on monster management, or so she tells herself [2]

Abby sometimes wears blue nail varnish [S3.E7 and S3.E8] [4]
She also seems to like orange nail varnish [S2.E2, S2.E4, S2.E6]
She has a hoodie with the words LIFE NATURE LOVE on the back [S3.E3 and S3.E7] [4]
Abby uses a MP5, a small machine-pistol [The Lost Island, pg ?] [4]

Samuels states Lester is aware Abby is keeping Rex as a pet [Fire and Water pg ?] [4]
