Colour Studio / First Figure Drawing @ Night

I got back at about 10 or so ^^ This has been the longest I've ever been in school. And the fact that I wanted to be in school is just.. mind blowing o_O; Joey called me at like, 7, and I asked him to pick me up after class. My mom told me this morning that she'd call Josh at work and tell him to pick me up from class. I would've taken the subway, but of course, she didn't want me to take it at night. I wasn't sure if Josh was going to pick me up or not and she said that she would call me.. but she never did -_- So Joey, being so cool, picked me up right after class ended <3
I got up at 8, dragged my portfolio and got to school 40 minutes early again -_- I bought a chocolate chip muffin and a can of pop for breakfast :D But geez I'm really stupid sometimes. At lunchtime, I had to go and buy this macaroni salad kind of thing from the caf.. it didn't have much flavour at all and made me feel sick. Halfway through the thing.. I was like.. forcing myself to take a few more bites because it was just that nasty. That was the worst lunch ever. At least I've learned. The caf really needs some more variety though o_< It's always the same food available.. except for the soup.. which I tried once, and it wasn't very good either. Ew I still feel gross just thinking about it. *stomach turns* :x
Robin's lesson was about the different textures you can make with water colour paints, but he told us about this all about 2 weeks ago or so.. the assignments in class were kind of boring ^^; Mariyana said she didn't even recognize me for a second with my new haircut, but she likes it :D I found Amy and Michelle after class in one of the study areas and they liked my hair too.. Amy said I looked older. Older. omg. That's like.. a freaking first. I always look like a kid, so that was a huge compliment @@ I wasn't sure if the haircut was really.. "me" (if that makes sense oO) but today was a huge confidence boost.. lol
Class ended at 4. I didn't have Figure Drawing until 6:30 so I stayed in the computer lab finishing up an assignment for Digital Media and writing emails until then :3 I had to scan in some negatives and put them onto my zip disk. The computer I had to use for that was really old.. and when I put my zip disk in it, it wouldn't identify it ^.^ And since it didn't seem to know that I put it in, it wouldn't throw it back out :D I almost wanted to break the computer open to get my disk back because those things don't come cheap -_< At least 20 dollars for a disk isn't exactly cheap to me. But I got it back after I restarted the thing at least x_X
There was quite a few people for the Figure Drawing.. but I thought a lot more people would be there too, pft. Well why stay at school longer than you have to right? But still u_u It's such a great opportunity to get in some extra figure drawing time in. A DOLLAR a class? That's damn amazing. I thought it'd be a female model for these 10 classes.. but it was a male model! And not just any male model, the same male model that was there on my first day of school :D That was just cool. I didn't have much paper left either.. which was stupid on my part o_< So I had to like.. salvage what I had for the 3 hours of drawing. It was fun ^^ I love drawing in that class <3 I realized too how much fun it is to study ("study"... ;3) the male body. Females are boring. lol. Males have all the cool muscles and lines and curves that look so freaking cool in drawings. *-* I saw some people's drawings that don't go to the college, and they had some really amazing stuff o_o *jealousy rising* Some people left pretty early and others left as the period went on, which I understand since it was getting late and all. But come on! It's figure drawing! The class begins with fast 1 minute poses and only near the end are there 30 minute poses.. I had to stay for the whole thing to be able to do it all ^^ I was the only student left too by the very end o_O; I looked around, and it was all adults and other people that don't go to the college. Whenever I looked at the model's face, he'd be looking at me o_0 Probably thinking "what are you looking at?!" or something ^^ Lots of fun. But kinda lonely without anyone else there that I really talked to ;-;
