casualbrewery Home brewers have many different means of recording their recipes. Me, I’m an Index Card man. Find it the most pratical. Can take it with me to the brew shop, file it by year, make last minute changes to the recipe, and I take notes on the back (mainly timing how long each process takes), and record gravity test results.
This weekend I aim to finalize the Market Spice Porter. Only ingredient I know for sure that I’m gonna put in it are US 2 row, special b malt, & Market Spice Tea.
