Well here I am again, back from Senior music tour, and quite sick from it too. All good fun, of course.
Loads of stuff happened, including Brodie asking me out. I was actually a bit annoyed about this at the time, not at Brodie, but at Steph. She asked me a few nights before what I would say if he asked me out, and I said no, because I liked someone else. Regardless, she went ahead and told him to do it anyway, and then blamed me for not specifying that I was actually 'involved' with Rob.
Anyway, hilarious lift and fire escape scenes followed as I tried to get a private space in which to explain this to Brodie.
And the teachers still assumed that we were together, and so they were real annoying all tour, keeping an extra tight eye on both of us. I mean, if they'd just asked someone, they would have been TOLD that we weren't. And, rant.
Convinced Steph to get her hair cut in Chermside, so now it has lovely layers. The hairdresser talked her out of the side fringe until next time, which I guess was a good idea, seeing she was so nervous. Hadn't changed her hair since Kindergarten. That took up most of the time, but I managed to run into Dotti and get a 'Grease is the word' shirt.
Also, in Rocky we went into Stockland and there was the greatest shoe store I have ever been in. It sold Doc Martens, among other to-die-for shoes, all in american sizing, which was confusing. I bought this really spoofy dress in the Jeans West there, a babydoll black that I also had to invest in a new bra to suit.
Took a whole heap of great shots here and there, one of which has become by icon >>> /iconlove
Doctor Who was so awesome last night. I'm really starting to like Martha, if that's even her name. I loved the idea of everyone in the world living on the motorway. Oh, and the 'having kittens' gag, which I kinda groaned at at the time, because I knew it was coming. Oh, and the old lesbians were hilarious.
Ooh, Sylvia's here so I might add some more about camp later.
