they look like someone deliberately scratched them.

i should have known better when the auction said "originally bought these for my kids to watch...watched once or twice, in good shape."

i can imagine the dvds sitting on a coffee table while some frogspawn children play with their bob the builder toys on said table and fucking them up.

yeah, it usually happens once out of every 6 or so items i buy on there. this guy emailed me back and is claiming they got damaged in shipping. which is bullshit cause they're in slipcases, and were wrapped in thick bubble wrap.
