It's also a special delivery from her doting hubby, Dean- thanks for giving birth their son, Liam, in March 2007. And Tori couldn't be more pleased with the $1,600 keepsake. "A push present is supposed to be something you wear forever as a token of your child," she explains. "So I'll be wearing Balenciaga forever!" Tori will likely soon get a new beloved posession- the two are expecting a daughter in June.
