Merlin 3x01 - The Tears of Uther Pendragon
Yay, Merlin's back!! Just in time, too, since White Collar is in mid-season hiatus and nothing else starts for another week or two.
I was gonna write an in-depth report but entangled_now wrote just about everything I was thinking in hers.
*sigh* I am now more convinced that they're going to drop the ball on Morgana's evilness arc. Skipping a whole year, really? And for what? Morgana still isn't doing any magic herself, she's just running errands for Morgause and smirking a lot. She should have been able to learn a lot in a year's time. At least she called Merlin out for his bad sneaky following skills.
Love Arthur and Merlin still. Hate that Gwen barely had two minutes of screen time and Morgana completely ignored her. I seriously miss their friendship. In fact, I miss the early 1st season when all four of them adored each other and ran off to fight bandits together and hugged a lot. I really miss that.
Still hate the trend of All Women with Magic are Evil. It's seriously getting old.
If Arthur doesn't find out about Merlin's magic this season I will kill something. SOMEONE needs to find out.
