February 14th... Valentine Day. The day love is expressed with chocolate hearts, secret letters and romantic confessions. The day some hearts soar high while some others break open. And today's Valentine Day is definitely not going to be any different.

"Did you give him the letter yet?" A lanky young man asked as soon as his bestfriend plopped down next to him. He raised an eyebrow after not getting any reply. "Hyung?" He finished his sweet bread and throw the plastic wrapper into the conveniently placed rubbish can. Because he is such a kind hearted young man, bless him please, he promptly thumped the other's back with only half his strength.

"Yah!" The other man, his name is Yunho by the way, coughed and spluttered in shock. "What the hell was that for?!"

"You're moping. And you're ignoring me. So..." He shrugged. "Well, the letter? Did you give it to Jaejoong hyung already?"

"I did."

He squinted his eyes. "So..." He drawled, prompting for more details.

The other man scratched his neck and looked away nervously.

He facepalmed. Another fail. "You didn't give him the letter, did you?"

"No I did! Well, sort of. When I went to his place, he's...a bit busy. So I left it on his desk."

Something's fishy then. Hyung's supposed to be all jittery and a nervous wreck, not dejected and depressed like this. "When you said Jaejoong hyung is busy, what exactly was he busy with?" He stared, daring the other to lie or ignore him again.

"He..." The other groaned. "Jaejoong's in a middle of a love confession."

"WHAT?! Jaejoong hyung... Really?! Who's he confessing to?!" Wow this is big news. And here I thought Jaejoong hyung actually love Yunho hyung.

"It's more like Mr. Choi's confessing to him," The man mumbled healf-heartedly. If only he doesn't have to get back to work after lunch. He's obviously all up for drowning himself in sorrow, eating lots of ice-cream and watching MY SASSY GIRL for the thousandth of time only this time, while crying his heart out from the start till finish. And repeat the steps 1,2,3 please.

"Pft. So? Why's that making you all depressed and pathetic?" The handsome man actually gawked at him. "What? Did I missed something here?"

"Aish Changmin. You're so incompetent in things like love and feelings. How can you say 'so what' just like that? It's Mr. Choi. Just take a look at him. He's handsome, smart, cool, rich-"

"Cold, playboy, arrogant, selfish." He supplied the rest of the adjectives, effectively cutting the other.

"Exactly!"

Okay now I'm confused. "What?"

"He's a typical bad guy!" Explained the other exasperatedly. "Who's now totally head over heels for Jaejoong hyung! Of course Jaejoong hyung will choose him! Someone like me don't stand a chance."

He deadpanned. "Are you comparing Jaejoong hyung to women? Because I swear, I only heard this bad guy good guy choice between women."

"Changmin!"

"No really! Even women know better. Sure, anyone like to try the 'bad guy' first but they always settled with the 'nice guy' in the end. Don't you know that?" He sighed. He's not even listening. Love definitely makes people stupider than they already are. "Hyung, how long have you known Jaejoong hyung?"

"Five years..." Came the dejected voice.

"How long have you been in love with him?"

"Four years." This time, the voice was a bit clearer. Much more certain I see.

"So four years of lending him a shoulder to cry on, four years of accompanying him to cinemas when he felt like watching a movie, four years of going shopping with him only to carry his bags, four years of taking care of him whenever he's sick and ugly, four years of giving him things he wanted under the pretense you got them for free, pft he's even stupider than you if he belived that reason for all these times." Changmin managed to say in a breath before continuing stealthily. "Four years of calling him just to say good night and good morning, four years of listening to him ramble about anything and everything random, four years of drinking with him everytime he's stressed and insecure, four years of making him laugh whenever he fights with his family, four years of wiping his tears whenever he cried, four years of all this nonsense and now you're telling me you don't stand a chance?"

"How... How'd you know all that?" Somewhere along the journey, the other man had started to blush, affirming all Changmin's random guesses. Though Yunho tells him a lot of things but the man is mostly secretive about his more personal things.

Pft. Stupid. If he doesn't like you, would he allow you to be a part of his life like that?. "Hyung, just believe in yourself and wait for Jaejoong hyung to reply to your confession okay?"

"Okay."

"And what do you know, you don't have to worry your pretty little heart a second longer." He pointed to the far distance using his chin.

As soon as Yunho looked that way, a loud cheery voice boomed. "Yunhoyah I love you too!" And the nice guy later found his arms full of a very very happy man. "I love you I love you I love you I love you so much! What took you so long?"

He laughed at the still dumbfounded expression his bestfriend wore. See, I told you it's not always the bad guy who win.

And when the newly established couple started kissing he quietly walked away. Ewww my poor innocenct eyes. Kekeke~ Best of luck my stupid hyungs.
