ok..so, can i tell you how frustrated im getting at work. not with work or my coworkers..but with a particular group..and the facilitator. keep in mind this particular facilitator is getting paid..pretty well if you ask me, to run this group. hmm..why would i be frustrated you ask? ok..how about a rundown. last sunday was the kickoff of our new program. he, being the facilitator, was 35 minutes late..because the group is held in a space other than affirmations, he had a building contract to follow. he didn't do that, and the owner of the organization was there..who completely felt uncomfortable even leaving the place because she felt as though he couldn't control his group of kids. i also had packed up a whole crapload of supplies for him (binders, intake forms, sign in sheet, pencils, info..etc) that he told me he'd pick up on the saturday previous to the dance project, knowing that the building wasn't going to be open on sunday. no show..so, i guess i was glad that i had a backup staff to show up to make sure things were going as planned so she could go, unlock the building and get the shit he was supposed to have picked up the night before. sooo..naturally, i set up a meeting with him for today to talk about what the hell happened on sunday. not to mention that the owner of the organization called me last week to basically list all the things she wasn't happy with. anyway..it's about 5 after 6pm and he's not here..another 35 minutes late. he also hasn't returned my calls regarding a follow up meeting with the owner of the organization.

I HATE WORKING WITH INCOMPITANTS!!
