Marilyn (Lee's mom) called to let us know that she had gone to April's house after work in order to pick CJ up to spend the weekend with them. April informed her at the door that CJ could go with Marilyn this weekend, but that he couldn't come by us next weekend (his regular weekend with us in the every-other-weekend routine) because there's some party they are going to. Marilyn told her that wasn't going to work, since we need to keep up the regular schedule. April slammed the door on Marilyn, injuring her hand. When Marilyn let Lee know about this, he immediately called April. The conversation lasted less than 2 minutes and terminated in April hanging up on Lee. April screamed that this weekend is supposed to be CJ's weekend with us (have no idea where this logic is coming from, since that's not the case at all, and she did not contact anyone to discuss a change- the closest thing to that was what she told Marilyn before slamming her hand in the door). April said that if Lee "doesn't like it, he can take it to fucking court". April did not let CJ go with Marilyn for the weekend as planned.

I feel so bad for her (and my father-in-law as well). They just want to spend some time with their grandson.. and she winds up hurt as a result of bitch's craziness.

Marilyn checked with the police.. they said it really wouldn't pay to press any charges, since it would be diddifult to prove she intended to hurt Marilyn. She agreed.

We already emailed our attorney about this inciddent. Looks like we're in for more unpleasantness next weekend.

Also, the temp custody hearing is on Thursday the 4th. Probably won't be much, other than appointing the Guardian ad litem

Can I kill her now? Pretty please?.
