Step 2: Payment
Paying by bank transfer
1. You do not have to wait for a reply from us after placing your order - bank in the funds as soon as possible. (For mass orders, bank in the DEPOSIT only.)
2. Funds should be banked into the POSB Savings account 209-48620-2. The account is under the name Tan Shih Joo - please double-check this to make sure you've keyed in the correct account!!
3. Reply to your own order post with the transaction number, date and time of transaction, and the amount transferred.
4. We will reply to your comment when we've confirmed the transaction has been made - and officially place your order! :D
Paying by meet-up
1. If you've specified that you want to pay by COM, wait for a reply from us in which we will give you a choice of a few dates/venues.
2. Reply and tell us which day you want to meet up on as soon as possible (you might want to give us your cellphone number for meeting convenience).
3. Bring your money and be on time! :D (For mass orders, bank in the DEPOSIT only.)
4. We will reply to your comment when we've confirmed the transaction has been made - and officially place your order! :D
*You should try to meet up with your local rep on the dates given to you as far as possible. If it is REALLY impossible for you to make both meet-ups, leave us your contact details so we can arrange another date for you - but this should only be a last resort. Please remember that our reps are volunteering to do this without pay and have to administrate many other orders as well!
Step 3: Collection
Mass orders
1. When the goods arrive, we will send an e-mail to all of you with a choice of a few dates/venues for collection. If there are any changes to the amount of the estimated remaining payment, we will let you know in this e-mail as well.
2. Reply and let us know which you will attend as soon as possible (you might want to give us your cellphone number for meeting convenience).
3. Show up on the allotted day with the remaining payment and collect your TVXQ stuff! (:
Individual orders
1. We will send you an e-mail when we ship your order.
2. Your CD will be shipped directly to your shipping address.
3. End. :D
