[Extended A/N and back-alley arting.] A/N: The Best Book in the World is Antoine de Saint-Exupery's Wind, Sand, and Stars, and I will rumble with anyone who says different. ;) HOWEVER, his The Little Prince ranks in my top-20 best books ever. The story, about a young traveler who visits different worlds, encountering numerous critters on the way, is beautiful, fun, incredibly

I am actually crying ♥ And I don't know if I can be coherent or if I should wait to comment until I am more in control of myself, but I just love this too much and I don't even deserve something so beautiful so thank you.
I wavered on my prompt for a long time, because my favorite character by far is the little fox, but I didn't think anyone else would see the same love story, and I just want to bite you all over because you are amazing and you love my love too. I have a painting over my bed of the little fox and prince, and the quote "It is only with the heart that one can see clearly. What is essential is invisible to the eye."
All of your art is just gorgeous!! The fox is so bright and warm, and his little tail is so fluffy. And of course Jared in that scarf is perfect! They look amazing and cuddly together, and OH just the way Jared's hand looks on foxie!Jensen's pretty, fuzzy self. I am sighing over every single art of Jared and Jensen!fox, looking so cute and sharing that scarf, and how lovely and sad Jensen looks when Jared has to go.
I can't believe you gave me the entire story of them, and even added the last sentence that ties fox!Jensen back to the rose! (*sniffles* Jared come back!! You are responsible for what you have tamed and loved! Tell me Jared comes back for his fox!Jensen).
I love you forever for this. ♥ ♥ ♥
(p.s. *whispers* Is it ok if I use one of your pictures as an icon?)

Oh, wow. ♥
I'm utterly thrilled that the piece affected you so much! &hearrts; I would normally say "no, don't cry!" . . . but in this case, carry on. (I may have shed a tear or ten myself while working on the art, so I'll stay quietly inside my glass house. *offers tissues*)
Honestly, the lonely fox's story is my favorite, it's the one that's always hit the hardest, and while I didn't change -- and cannot fault -- Saint-Exupéry's sad ending (it is, after all, life), my headcanon has ALWAYS been that the Prince somehow made his way back to his little fox. Because if he didn't go back, if the fox had to live out the rest of his days alone, the universe is a VERY sucky place indeed, and I refuse to believe that. ♥
Thank you so much for such an awesome, wonderful comment! I am so happy that you like your present, and it was a privilege to tackle the words of Saint-Exupéry, so thank you AGAIN for such a beautiful prompt! ♥

Thank you, bb! ♥ Getting the little fox to become Jensen was difficult . . . but at the same time, much easier than I expected. Plus, my beta maichan (and the Walt Disney animation geniuses) were a LOT of help.
