Notes: Title lifted from Edgar Allan Poe's poem "Eldorado."  Silverado features two brothers who'd do anything for each other, and Poe's work is about a lonely hunter knight on a quest -- who finds the supernatural.  This one almost drew itself. :)

Thanks to my super-duper beta becc_j, who made a brilliant suggestion that took this idea from a fun little exercise to exactly what I wanted.  Thanks also to dugindeep, fellow movie lover and SuperMod, for (a) giving us movie freaks a place to play; (b) prompting Silverado in the first place; and (c) reminding me how much I love this work-of-art throwback Western.
