Fanart: One Fine Day at Comic-Con [A Tragedy In Three Frames] - for Maichan
Last week, the inimitable maichancreated this contest, in which entrants were required to:
"create an original work about Comic Con. Any by “work" I mean any creative piece, whether it be a doodle, a drabble, a ditty, or a dirge lamenting how you could not be there. SRSLY, ANYTHING WILL DO. I HAVE LOW JUDGING STANDARDS. Bonus points for incorporating your fandom(s) into the piece."
After reading maichan's reports from Comic-Con, I knew immediately what had to be done, and the piece was written at my desk at work in about five minutes. The art took slightly more than seven hours total.
. . . and the piece kinda won. \o/
