Pick on someone your own size...
I am so frustrated by certain "professionals" who pick on the kids with special needs. Try a day in their shoes and see how difficult it is! Come on people, you are grown ups. Be kind. Different is a beautiful thing. There's this boy I used to work with who's getting picked on by an adult at work and that makes me so angry. I've had it out with this person in the past trying to advocate for the child I worked with. It's mean and unfair and something I have little tolerance for...especially when the child doesn't have the skills to advocate for themselves. Well, someone's gotta do it. It's not fair and it's cruel to target a child in a punishing way for something they physically can not control. Get a heart and take your shit out somewhere else, not on these kids. It infuriates me!
