surprise!
so i get home from the meet.
and as i'm eating dinner, my father decides to trap me at the kitchen table by bringing his laptop over to show me a lecture thing he found. i watched the whole thing with him.
it was 1 hour and 16 minutes long.
and that was the start of my april vacation, basically.
however, the lecture was given by this guy randy somethingsomething who is currently dying of cancer. and i just happened to see a thing about him on the news the other night. hes a pretty good speaker, and the one i watched was his last lecture so he just casually mentioned like, "oh yeah, btdubs, i pretty much only have 3 months left to live. but were not going to focus on that, this is how to achieve childhood dreams...". but strangely enough, he was very chill about it. he seemed like a pretty cool guy.
so i actually wasnt bothered by it, strangely enough.
thank god its april vacation.
