I think I found a quote for this year. I think it will help me out. It is something that just struck me today and I like it. I'm sure I'll want to look into it more at some time but it is:
"It is by studying little things that we attain the great art of having as little misery and as much happiness as possible." Samuel Johnson
It seems simple and something to keep in mind. I have not figured out goals for sure yet. I want to be able to look at my goals over the time. I'm taking a little time to really think them over. The quote was found through a web site called The Happiness project. I like the site and might be buying the book. Just thinking about it right now.
I did three days of working out this week. I'm proud that I did that. Eating, that is a different matter but one step at a time.
I finished up reading Laird of the Mist and trying to pick what book I'll read next. I have one in mind just have to read it and stop re-reading lots of things. I've been in a re-read mood lately. I've been reading Mercedes Lackey and a few others that I read years ago and have not looked at lately. I do have the last Kim Harrison that I want to read. I have a lot I the to read pile, I just need to read them.
Tomorrow is going to be hard to sit and wait and wonder what will be happening. I know that patience has never been easy but I'll do my best to be patient.
Tonight I hope to make Zumba. It has been a few weeks and I miss it a lot more than I thought I would. So tonight even though it is cold outside I'm going to try and go. I'll just make sure to dress warm and be ready.
Now to see about sight words with Rose and Amelia.
