Odd and different week...
From the nasty to nasty again. It should be an interesting day. The snow is coming and lots of it. I'm going to be trying on brides maid dresses today. All before the snow. I'm hoping that it will be a good time and not really bad. I'm not sure of my size right now so that will be the first challenge of the time. I was hoping I would have lost a lot more by now, but no I have not. I still have 3 months or less to lose the weight. I hope that if I do alterations wont be to bad. Hope is all that I can do right now.
The week for fitness has had some up's and downs. I did not feel great this week so I did not do as much as I should have and did not always eat as great as I should have. I'm working towards better next week, but at least I'm trying to get there.
I did get some reading finished. I finish Fish Out of Water, Dragon Strike (loved this book), and Are Your Ready. I am working on The Chalice. I'm hoping that I'll get it finished soon. That will be book 50 for the year. I did it. I still would like to try for 60 next year. It would be a challenge but I'm going to work at it. I have a few books that I'm sure I'll breeze through and just keep with things.
I'm hoping that things keep going as they have been. Lately I've been feeling better and more myself than I have for a while. I am not sure what changed, but at least I feel more like me.
The first full week in January will be a VERY full week for the family. We have a lot more going on than normal. I'm hoping that it does not drain me to much, but it will be a busy day that is for sure.
Christmas is next week and I have not started wrapping anything. AHHH...what was I thinking? Normally I have most of it wrapped by now and I have not started it at all. I can't believe Christmas is here. I still have to mail my secret Santa present and presents for family. I'm not sure what all I'll get done today, but maybe I could do some of that today and tomorrow. We are doing a small Christmas exchange on Sunday and that should be fun. I'm very excited about it.
The cleaning and organizing is starting to come along. I'm hoping that it keeps going really well. We started in a new room. Finishing up my room is now up to me to get rid of the things that just don't work any more in the room or should not be there. I'm working on it and going to keep working until I'm done with it all. We started on the upstairs. That will be a huge area to undertake. It will take time but at least we will get somewhere. We are not doing anything next week, but the week after Christmas we will. It should be interesting to see what happens. I can't wait to get through everything. The house is looking better and more open. It will take time, but at least it is moving forward.
