Holy Turtle
I've been trying to spend more time when I can doing stuff I like rather than just taking care of Rose and Premiere. I got to watch a few movies. I watched the directors version of Kingdom of Heaven, Memoirs of a Geisha and a few other repeats of movies that I liked. It has been nice to take some time for me. I'm hoping that next week Paul and I will get out and see a movie. I have not been to see one in a while. I think I'm going to be dvd bound for a while. Nothing to wrong with that. I did at least arrange for a baby sitter next week. She will come watch Rose that night. I'm thinking I'll have Rose in bed and we will go see a movie. Sounds like something fun.
I started the second season of the 4400. I'm enjoying it. It has some very nice writing for stories. Almost would make my TV watching time if I could ever remember it was on. At least I can remember my Friday watching. I did see the season finally of Dr. Who for season 1. I'm certainly going to get that on DVD. I just very much enjoyed it. I can't wait for the next season. I'm not sure when they will bring it over. I hope it happens faster than this season. I am looking forward to the new season of Stargate SG1 and Atlantis. It should be interesting.
“The claw” has to be my favorite part of the book that I'm reading. Why reading takes so much longer, because I only get 30 minutes here or there. I wish at times I had more time. I plan on finishing the book th is weekend. I've avoid the boards so that I don't find out anything. Before I started that book I finished Goddess of the Sea. After I finished Valentine's Exile I'm not sure what I'll read next. I think I'm back to drawing lots to see what will be next. I have a few I might want to read. I'm just not sure what will come next.
We got the tickets for the Utah trip. I'm excited about it. I'm not sure what we are going to do, but we are going to have a fun time. I'm looking forward to one hike. Paul and I want to finish it. We started it the last time and this time we will finish it. It gives me something to get in shape for. But before that we have to decide if we are doing anything for the 4th. Not going to be a normal year, but then what this year has been normal.
I did get to go to lunch with Marissa yesterday. That was the last time we could do that doing the week now. After this week she starts her new job. I'm so excited for her! I can't wait to see how everything goes for her. It is a very good job for her.
