(no subject)
Last Wednesday I made a visit to the doctor. It was a follow up, but some visits are more fun than others.This was not a fun visit. We talked and then went over what would be happening. So I have a new drug to help me sleep. It does make it hard to wake up when Rose wakes up.
In karate class we worked on forms. I got further in some forms and also felt more comfortable with them. I really do enjoy it better when I make it to class. It gives me a small out for the most part. Even if Rose does go with me to class. I'm at least enjoying myself some.
I did some small reading this past week. I read Dragon Bones and started Dragon Blood. I am enjoying both. I'm not sure what I'll be reading after Dragon blood. Most likely I'll read Broken. It has been slow reading the past few days. I hope to have a little more free time to do some minor reading.
Friday night I went to a Kenpo Jitsu seminar. It was lots of fun. I got to beat on Patty and wells he beat on me back. I ended up with a few bruises from the class but I loved it. I think Paul enjoyed the class as well. Everyone liked Rose also. It was kinda fun. Before the class Becca and Julia came and cleaned. I got to relax and just enjoy the time. I played a little We Love Katamari. I almost got big enough to roll up the king. :) Maybe someday I'll get him yet.
Saturday night we played cards, Ninja burger and Jyhad. We have not played those in a while. It made things kinda fun. I hope that we play again soon. I'm not sure when that will happen. It has been a while since we had the whole group to play cards. Yes I know that I don't enjoy playing Jyhad as much, but I guess next time I'll try harder.
Sunday was a trip to check out getting a screen door and having Indian for dinner. It was a nice change.
Today has been reading and relaxing since I seem to have caught a small cold. ICKY! I did some minor shopping for getting family pictures taken. So far that has been about it.
