sick house
S. woke up puking this morning. :( We thought he first vomited this morning on the office floor after sleeping in the early morning there with ptor. We were wrong. A few hours later I discovered that he had puked in his room probably probably right as he woke up. I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say the delay in discovery made clean-up problematic.
L. has croup and is not a happy camper at night. He spent most of last night alternately nursing and coughing in my face. He is OK, but grouchy and more of a handful than usual during the day. Today is kind of sucking and will continue to suck I am sure.
This has been an epically wretched year for illness across the board. There have been multiple outbreaks of stomach viruses in the greater Bay Area, and we've known several people who have had strep. Then there are all the generic sinus and other upper respiratory illnesses that have been going around. Lots of kids have been absent from S.'s school.
So that is today. Not so much fun.
