seriously, do you people even know how FUCKED up mortgage companies are? their customer service (or lack thereof) is H-O-R-R-I-D. some are better than others, but they are all sub par.
i bring this up because i just spent an hour on the telephone for one my clients with stupid cocksuck CitiMortgage...repeating myself over, and over, and over, and over, and over again until FINALLY someone with half a brain cell was able to sorta kinda help me. it's amazing how bad these companies treat their "customers". i mean, i just talked to at least 7 different customer service agents- each told me something different in response to the same inquiry. i was also hung up on 3 times. 3 fuckin times!!! i hang up on people every now and again...i would say it would take 3-6 months of work before i hang up on 3 people or one person 3 times. jesus h. christ. TERRIBLE!!!
