I went to a Method Man concert last night and it was pretty much the most amazing/most ridiculous thing I've ever done. So it was in "The Hub", which is basically just the downstairs part of the University Center - it's just a giant room that is open to the upstairs in the middle with a stage on one end under some rafters and stuff. As it turns out, the rafters were an integral part of the show because Method Man apparently really enjoys hanging from rafters and crowd surfing. Out of control. I have seriously never seen a concert that is so much of an entertaining crowd performance...
Aside from the obviously ridiculous rafter hanging, there were other aspects of the concert that were equally amusing. For example, Method Man lighting and smoking a blunt on stage (and well, the generally open pot circulation within a University building with a ton of police and security), Method Man walking across THE TOP OF THE CROWD (like, on top of people's hands?), the cult following of Wu-Tang Clan fans...
Oh man I feel like I could go on for days. I don't even like the music much, but seriously one of the most entertaining things I've ever seen.

Such an intense week...
