Feeling good today. The soreness is gone and my shins are at a level 2 pain. Very minimal. I love it. I'm glad that my shins are not in a lot of pain. Today I am going to focus on strength training my legs and core. No running today. I'll do my cardio on the elliptical. So yea! Feeling a lot more positive than I did last night after that run. I was so sore and not feeling it! Talk to you later :)
