Almost to workout 10!! I'm feeling good. I can't wait to take a photo on day 10 so I can look and see if there are any results. Regardless, I'm staying motivated. The weekend is here! So I won't be working out because tomorrow is super busy with friends activities and Sunday I work a double. I did my 5 days this week and that was my goal! Today I worked my legs and butt. My hamstrings are weak! I could barely finish my sets. I only did 20 mins. of cardio because I wanted to get home to the pups. I hate leaving them and I already had to go to the hair salon. So 20 mins. is not that bad. The trainer said between 25-45 so I only shorted myself a little. I stuck strictly to the elliptical. Ok I'm off!
