I rocked it today! I'm in the swing of things and I enjoy doing it! It's a great feeling to be so motivated to want to get out there and work hard.
So I did my typical warm up, 10 minutes. Then I moved on and did Pull exercises. I pushed myself today. I upped the weights if I felt it wasn't effective and ended in a sweat. Very nice feeling. Then I worked on my abs as always.
Next is 24-45 of cardio. I started on the elliptical because it's my enemy lol. But once I got a rhythm I rocked it! Without breaking I finished 15 mins. A new record for me. I can barely last 8 mins lol. Then of course I went on my favorite the nautical step machine. This thing is a challenge. I'm still having a hard time finishing level 2 for 10 mins. so I'll continue to do that.
Finally, a nice 10 min. cool down on the treadmill to finish with 35 mins. of cardio, a new record. I left feeling awesome :)
I weighed myself and I've lost no weight. I was a little shocked because I figured I would have lost some water weight, but I'm not discouraged. I read this cute Pinterest quote, "you'll notice results in 2 weeks, your friends in 4, and everyone in 12 weeks." I keep thinking that every time my crazy head wants to compare. That's why I won't take a picture until next week. I want to see if it's true ;)
Anywhoo, time to pack supplies for tomorrow's Kickboxing class!! Woot! Let's hope I can survive lol!
