Well, the Josh Groban thing went completely out the window... it was a huge miscommunication of some sort on their part with their own people and another group was contacted before they knew a HS choir wanted to do it. When this gospel choir was asked to step down for us, they were too bummed and the group had already been rehearsing so they kept them and dropped us. Apparently we were supposed to be a backup if this group wasn't what they were looking for. We got a call this morning telling us we were not doing the concert, we later recieved an e-mail with an apology and a bunch of comp tickets for the choir for the show! We were also hoping for a meet and greet with Josh and when my director wrote to request that, they wrote back saying that a meeting would be impossible to arrange. Oh well, I'm going to a free concert on Monday!!! Hopefully he acknowledges us or something which would be really cool. Anyways, gotta run!
