First Day on the Job
Well, it went pretty well. I made two mistakes, but I think it came out well. I chopped some nuts too far and I used the wrong flour. But he seemed to like the end product in the end. I made almond biscotti. I washed dishes, chopped chocolate, made boxes and anything else I could do to help. The good sign was he asked me to work Saturday from 10:30am-3:30pm. I'll be making more sugar cookies, which I am pleased with.
My stomach was so nervous that I was sick to my stomach this morning! I was so annoyed at myself. But I took some meds and got over it and didn't have a problem after. I was just starving by the time I left work! I hope my stomach behaves here on after! I want to enjoy my dinner out with my parents and my birthday cake!
I worked 11a-2p. Three hours. All I do is sign in and write down the hours I work. But I'll keep a record as well. On my phone and here, just to be sure.
