Today was the second day of school. I have gone to all of my classes of the semester now and I have been doing my homework and I feel good.
I had Relationships and Community today with Pete and I was a little disappointed with the lack of organization of the sylabus. Getting thrown off on my organization on the first day of class is not a good start.
We had a substitute in our math class (on the second day!) and he was better than our regular teacher (after having had one class with each of them). I told him "thank you for not being boring today" at the end of class. I wish he was our real teacher.
I had a lot of homework tonight so after waiting an hour in the bookstore for the WRONG rental book, I went to Crossroads and read and did math. I got back to the dorm at around 9p, and Shaman came up here to say hello. He said Kyle doesn't really like Warren Wilson, so he is probably going to come here next year! hooray!
So...my "y" key is broken and every time I hit it, it wiggles around. I don't like it. I have to go to the second floor of Raley Hall and turn to the right so I can see if it can be fixed. They don't do printers, is what the Apple guy at the bookstore said. But my mom wrote me an e-mail today and said she has one that I can use.
I woke up 10 minutes before my art class this morning, so Doug drove me to school, even though he didn't have class until 2p. It was a good class. Sarah and Brad are in there, and some other people from my Drawing class last semester. We have an assignment to make something out of found objects. I put some cut up grocery bags in an empty water bottle, but I don't think I am going to use it.
