Bad Techno Luck... But it's not my fault this time XD (I think o_o;;)
Yesterday, as I was slacking off working, the PC and the lights went off. Obviously it caused a wave of confusion and panic and then the next thing we know, we're all being sent home because it didn't look like the power would be coming back up anytime soon. I wasn't complaining; it was a hot day and I was feeling so bad because the French Lady was a-visiting. Besides, home time meant time to watch DVDs, read books, and generally legal slacking off. XD; Hahahaha. So all in all, great. I have to make up the three hours left over from yesterday, but it wasn't anything big.
Imagine my chagrin when I came to work this morning and found that the electricity was still out. Apparently, the circuit breaker for the whole place was broken. Our company's lacking a bit in funds so they weren't paying for generator use. That meant another day lost and another free day for those who were not part of the account I handle. Yes, my guys needed to come to work, because unfortunately they had to finish the work they didn't get to finish yesterday. They're off at the Internet cafe in Waltermart and enjoying unlimited Internet access and all the other conveniences (aka distractions) the mall had to offer. I sure do hope that they'll get to finish their PPs even though they have loads of distractions. I guess I'll find out later.
I hope it all gets better later and that we will all be back to normal tomorrow. Off-setting work time sucks so bad so we must be back to normal by tomorrow.
In other news, looks like we're really set to go to the Lights Out Yaoi Convention on Saturday. I'm already thinking of what to wear and it's definitely going to be this black shirt I bought last Sunday. It's black with a a small skeleton with wings holding some candy in its hands and it has text that says "Even Evil Needs Candy". X3 Now I just need to think of what to go with it. powerbonger, who's also going, said I should wear a skirt. I'm contemplating that. XD But I don't know what shoes to wear with the outfit yet... Hmmm.
I'm also inspired to write something. Yaten again. I hope to write these drabbles of her in the Discordia universe. I've been wanting to get them done forever, but I just haven't been able to. Yaten's all over the place. Might be because she and Seph are still not talking. Speaking of Yaten, After reading one of my new Regency romances ( XD; lol )yesterday, I came to realize that perhaps sort-of-angry make-up sex would happen as you said (and want XD). I guess it'd make sense. They've been away from each other for a while and well, from how they had yelled and stuff, I don't think they can exactly be gentle and loving and forgiving right away. I also don't see them emerging from Seph's apartment anytime during the weekend. XD; So yeah, woohoo for Regency romances for making me realize it. XD *does not have a life, yes*
And that's all. o_o Oh and Camp Rock is okay, if anything just because Alyson Stoner is there, Kevin and Nick Jonas are just so funny, and Joe Jonas has nice hair. Just like its High School Musical predecessor though, it could be better with more substance.
