Finished watching what I have of the Nana anime today. I have until episode 16. It's awesome. X3 I want more. Hah! Now I've found the anime that I shall worship after Ouran.
But OMG. I hate Shoji SO MUCH right now. Okay, I know he had his reasons, but jeeeeeeezzzz!!! >_<;; Cheat a little more why dontcha?? I can't remember the last time I was so mad at an anime character. I was practically stewing for the better part of one episode and a half. I so wanted someone to kill him! I WANT TO KILL HIM! Nana should have pummled both him and that Sachiko. >_<;;;
And...I want to see Trapnest already. ;__; They look so cool...
What I like about Nana, I think, is how it dwells in reality. I think this is the most connected to real life anime that I have seen. It's such a wonderful change, even if I did end up hating Shoji for being a cheating loser. -_-;; Oh God, I will not be letting this go for a while...
*whimpers* More Nana ;__;
Oh! Oh! And I just realized! The singer who sings the opening song, rose, Tsuchiya Anna, I believe, is one of the singers who starred in my current favorite Japanese movie, Kamikaze Girls. XDD Soooo awesome...
And in honor of my new-found love for Nana (Osaki Nana has indeed captured my heart now XDDD Goooooo Kyouya/Nana!! XDD), I present to you a scene, that would kind of wreak angst on ND for a while...
When Hansa woke up, it felt like his head was just waiting to explode and he wanted nothing more but to go back to sleep and stay there all day. He would have if he hadn't noticed how bright it was. He usually kept his curtains closed no matter what and the only person he knew who liked it this bright in the morning was...
He bolted up straight after that, fighting the nauseating feeling that caused and looked around quickly. He took in everything as well as he could with his fogged up senses: the familiar apartment, the warm sheets, the dark clothes strewn everywhere, the naked female body beside him, her tousled black hair. At the sight of that hair and that unmistakable angel wing tattoo over one shoulder, he cursed viciously under his breath and fought to get out of there quickly. His clothes were all over the place and it took some time to gather them all, especially in his current hungover state.
As he pulled on his clothes from last night and continued to fight valiantly against the wooziness, the night before came back to him. There had been a party. There were drinks. His friends had convinced him to have some even when he protested. Then the next thing he knew he had drank too much and there was just loud music, drunken laughter, warm flesh, and seductive whispers.
Poor, deprived Hansa...
He grit his teeth and refused to look at his former bedmate, who was slowly starting to stir. He feared that if he did, he might just kill her with his bare hands.
Damn you, Yura...
The door slammed behind him when he left as he resisted the urge to wince at the sound. For some reason, his usual boots were heavy like lead on his feet. Every step he made that echoed through the silent hallway made his head pound. He held a hand against his temple and groaned. His head hurt like a bitch, but he had to go, had to get out of there quickly.
Like it would change a thing.
His fist connected too harshly with the down button of the elevator. The red button looked like it cracked. He didn't care. He leaned against a nearby wall, facing away from a window and closed his eyes.
"Shit..."
If his head didn't hurt so much, he was sure he would have started pounding it against the wall.
"You idiot..."
His eyes opened when he felt his cellphone in his pocket buzz. He had put it on silent mode. The racket it made sometimes was annoying and he really didn't need the sound at the moment.
He had a message.
The world stilled.
Ohayooo~~ Hansa~~! <3 It's a beautiful morning ne? I wish we could have breakfast together, but sadly, I have to go to school waaay early today. Have soccer practice~! Ja ne~ I'll see you later! Love you~ X33
A ragged whisper. "Saya..."
With a ding, the elevator opened. It held no passengers and waited quietly until someone stepped into it. There was silence in the corridor, as if no one was around. Coldly, the elevator dinged again a minute later and went on its way with no passengers inside. The hallway was still once more.
Motionless, Hansa still stood against the wall, bleary eyes looking down at the white-lit LCD of his cellphone with its cheerful "good morning" message until it faded to gray standby.
Hansa, you idiot...
;__;
I'm so bad...
