No, we didnt' take the condo. The mortgage rate was too high & the monthly payment + fees was RIDICULOUS for such a small space. We decided to take a one bedroom apartment at Plainview in Louisville. It's got about 50 more square feet and is $300 cheaper per month. Anyhoo, just thought I'd keep everyone posted.
Now we've just got to keep our sanity until then!
