On the video below, the commander of the punitive battalion "Aidar" Melnichuk confesses openly that he mined the Lugansk TTP and that the punitive troops will blow it up after an attack on Schastye.

Today the militia roll on Schastye ended up being quite powerful and the TTP, as it was promised, was put out of action. Thus, more than 1 000 000 people were left without electricity.
