The authorities decided to remove all volunteer battalions from the zone of the ATO
As a source in the Ministry of Defense told to "Glavkom", a decision was made two weeks ago that all volunteer battalions must be removed from the zone of conducting anti-terrorist operation.

As it is well-known, tens of volunteer battalions participate in military action in Donbass. There are four types of volunteer military units in Ukraine, which are formed primarily from volunteers: battalions of territorial defense; battalions of special designation of the MIA; reserve battalions of the National guard; the volunteer corpus "The Right Sector".

PS. Actually, the implementation of Minsk collusion continues. It is clear that there is a certain line of separation which is not revealed yet and to which the border of the newly-formed state will eventually come. For now it is not clear if only a part of the Donbass territory is a subject of the collusion or if it is the whole territory of the former Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
The punitive battalions clearly impede implementing the Minsk collusion, so they are also being removed. And even the mechanizm is identical to the schemes for controlling the militia - the disgruntled ones are removed from allowances. As a result, both sides of the conflict remain dissatisfied, which serves as a guarantee of its insitutionalizaton (the reasons for the conflict are not removed, the goals are not achieved), but these goals and reasons serve as token-money for a more global bargain between the Russian Federation. the EU, and the USA. In these questions the fascist junta fully is fully dependent on the position of Washington and Brussels and the leadership of Novorossia is fully dependent on Moscow.
PS2. Internet fascists, after the rout of the fascist junta group in Donbass, are now dreaming of a sabotage-terrorist war. The character from the head picture openly violates the law of the Russian Federation (it is weird that his blog is not yet blocked) and calls to commit terrorist acts. Solicitors may already write appeals to appropriate authorities.
However, such temper tantrums are far away from reality - the SBU cannot solve such problems due to its current state, 1 or 2 terror acts committed by wacko banderovits are unlikely to have any significant effect at least because the practice of terrorism of the last couple of decades suggests that the terror acts don't weakn but rather strengthen the state machine, which starts to use the fears of society to increase control and its own mechanisms of using force. For example, the USA after the terror acts that they themselves organized pushed through the "Patriot Act" and increased state control over the society. So, there is a complete lack of understanding of mechanisms and consequences of terrorist war on the side of Bigdan.
If Russians will gain any motivation, then it will only strengthen the support of the line of not clinging to this Ukraine - even in the face of sanctions - and it will make them understand even better that Ukraine needs to be finally thrown to the trash heap of history.
