Anyone looking for an apartment?

Hey y'all, pardon the advertisement. But if any of you (or anyone you know) are looking for an apartment for June 1st, I'd really like to recommend the one I'll be moving out of in late May. We currently pay $1650, I don't know what the landlord's plans are for the next person's rent though. It's the first floor of a nice house in a great neighborhood in Cambridge (24 Aberdeen Ave, zip 02138). It's a one bedroom apartment/condo, with a nice big living room, dining room, kitchen, really big bedroom, and finished partial basement with laundry. There's room for a car or two in the driveway Everything's really well maintained, as our landlord lives upstairs. He and his family have been really great to us. He's always on top of any repairs we need and the driveway is always shovelled the day after snow. They're real good people. We love this place and are only leaving because we just bought our first house!
