Merry Christmas! I'm so happy to be home! It's so much better here and more relaxing/less stressful than all the events that happened at the end of this past semester. I'm so glad it's over, I think only about a handful of people could even understand.
Mass was nice last night, since it had the same Christmas pageant as usual (the exact same wording, which is why I like it). However, it did feel weird to be back home, since I don't play my violin in the choir at home. I've actually started getting used to doing that at Tufts, and I've really enjoyed it. I'll have to thank Rob and Liz for convincing me!
One of my gifts this year from "Santa" was money for textbooks, which I was extremely grateful for. The really great thing is that I'm pretty sure I won't even need to buy many books next year (the internship class and Orgo books are already taken care of), so my parents are letting me spend some of it on registering for the MCAT, which is great because I wasn't really sure how I was going to pay for it otherwise. I'm registering for it on Wednesday morning, so hopefully by April 7th I'll be all done with it!
btdubs, I love my RA duty team. They are absolutely the best! I have never met a more supportive, loving group of people. I'm so lucky that I have them, my family, friends, and AOII sisters. I am truly blessed.
Oh, and probably the most exciting news! José gave me a promise ring! It is really pretty and has both our birthstones on it. It's nice to know he loves me. :o)!
