Alright you legal types. Help out my legally-challenged engineering-type mind.
This seems a bit extreme and fundi to me. However, regardless of whether you agree with Monaghan's ideals, why the threats of suing? To my mind, the logical idea would be "If you don't agree with these ideals, don't live here." Why can't a group of like-minded people form a community and decide they don't want certain products or services offered in that community?
