Had my first night of "real" work last night. I was so nervous at first but after I got on the phones I wondered why. Most of the calls that came in were from people who didn't understand what was going on. I think I'm going to enjoy working at TeleTech.
This morning I guess we had our first snow fall. When I finally got out of bed I didn't see anything outside but it gives me a reason to wear my old man coat today...if it's that cold out.
I have to jump into the shower soon and go down to the Capitol Center. I called there yesterday about voluteering and they want me to fill out some paperwork. Here's to a good day! Cheers!
