After the door slammed closed, Kay turned around and leaned on Gawain's shoulder. "I need a new brother," he whined while clutching Gawain's Gryffindor robe.

"I don't think getting a new one will help," said Gawain laying back down on Kay's bed and tucking Kay to his chest. "He's just excited that he's a Seeker for Gryffindor now."

Hahaha, this is perfect. Kay being all annoyed of Arthur, who really WOULD make seeker. I imagine Kay as a Raven, but Gawain and Arthur are definitely Gryffindors, running head-long into trouble. XD

It's a really interesting series. The Morgan le Fay in it is one of my favorite depictions. There are two things, one big, one small, I DON'T like about it: 1. the small thing is that they change a lot of Arthurian canon, but hey, so does Merlin, and so do a lot of other adaptations; 2. the Arthur/Guinevere relationship is AWFUL. I recorded the episodes and watched them later, so I could skip every scene they had together. This is probably one of the few versions of the legends where I disliked Guinevere (who is almost always, sadly, a weak, passive character) AND Arthur. Usually, Arthur is the victim of adultery, but Camelot Starz had Guinevere already married to someone else prior meeting Arthur, so he actually takes part in the act this time, and cheating is just ugh. Also, it only has the one season....

Arthur closed the door gently and whispered a spell to lock it before walking over to Merlin who sat at his desk grading final exams. "Merlin," he said as he got closer. He walked around the table to the Professor.

"Arthur, no," said Merlin. He looked at Arthur who now stood next to him. "You're still a student."

"But I won't be in two days. Professor Dumbledore is letting me stay here while I do my apprenticeship in Potions," protested Arthur. He reached out and caressed Merlin's cheek. "Stop denying us."

"In two days, when you finally hang up those house robes." He took Arthur's hand and kissed it.

Arthur beamed and kissed Merlin. "Two days," he whispered.

Aww, excited!Arthur. You're lucky he even lasted those two days, Merlin, he's like a horny fratboy, lol. ...Now I want an entire Camelot/Harry Potter fusion. Curses!
