Hah, for a while, I couldn't answer your question. My mind was just blank.
It's from Aleister Crowley's, "Perdurabo," which is Latin for "I shall endure forever," or something very close to that.
When I started this journal it was going to be somewhat of a private one for very poetically structured, eloquent entries... but the man I was in love with found it and his complete welcoming air about it convinced me to open it up. Since then, as always happens with journals I make public, it has lapsed into more of an every day thing. :)
I am going to go look that up! It's always fun to find poems in the most unexpected places...um, there's one poem I found after watching a "Sliders" episode...I posted it...where did I post it...Oh, in my casmiera journal. Let's see if I can link it, hah.

this is a mayan poem, i found when i was writing a paper on their culture and history. i thought it was beautiful. why, i'm still pondering.
