After listening to Varo speak spanish at nearly 30 students I was bursting with ideas on how to improve the class. Next week im to be incharge of beginners and maybe help Varo explain the math side of spanish (the gramatics). After work I feared my bike ride home, yet found a miracle awaiting me, in the form of Grandpa Woodstock dressed in his patched jaket and oddly wizard like hat waiting for the light to change. His bike flashing with two rearlights and providing a few feet of saftey to follow behind. In high spirits I followed him to stone relieved I had found such a comfortable manner to dodge the sidewalkless street trafic. the sound of metal jangling and the hum of his engine as we pedaled creating our own bike lane. At the red light on stone I pulled up to the curb and thanked him for unknowingly harboring me from danger. He smiled back and asked me where i was headed and once the light tuned he guided me homeward safley. I thanked him and he shouted back your beautiful holding the peace sign high all the while.
