you can't explain what the feeling is like when you're out there.

Firstly and most importantly, happy birthday to the gorgeous eileenyx!

Secondly and considerably less importantly, I've been feeling a little sorry for myself over the past week or so because I'm annoying like that. So, inspired by the ever lovely malinowy (♥), I thought I'd remind myself of some of the little reasons why I should pipe down and cheer up.

The whole segment was amazing. I was grinning like an idiot throughout. And yes, the Ryan Babel kid was so precious! I also loved the Pokemon kid, the girl who asked questions about women's football, and the girl who kept getting confused. C:

Aw, it's so nice to hear that you have a soft spot for Harry. He's one of the reasons why I got into football in the first place, and it kills me that some people give him so much stick because he's injury-prone - as though he does it deliberately! He's a wonderful person and a great footballer, particularly for my beloved national team.

Oh, that's such a coincidence, because I was flicking through Fernando's autobiography last night (so fifty points for you)! It stopped me from writing my papers! You're right, it is such a great read. He makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I feel so lucky that he came to our club, and that he really gets it. He's got a good head on his shoulders.
A week off work sounds so lovely. Where do you work?

Oh, I certainly agree with you about the court case. It'll all transpire while I'm sleeping, so I hope I wake up to some good news.

I love Harry. I hate people giving him stick, and when he got sent off at the WC I was absolutely outraged by it! Protesting about how unfair it was for hours afterwards, lol.

I work at WHSmith (a stationery/books/newsagents chain shop). It's tiring work but there's fun moments, lol. Plus I work on the book section and always make sure Nando's books and Liverpool books in general, are most prominent in the football section (amusing in a Manchester based shop, lol).

It was good news! Omg so happy! Not smiled so hard in a long time :D

Yeah, pretty much everyone in my country felt really hard done by when that happened. Australia is often given a tough time by referees who seem to assume that we play an overly physical game. :|

Oh, that's awesome that your store sells Liverpool books! I had to order both Stevie and Fernando's autobiographies online because I couldn't find them here - the main bookstore in the city stocked about three copies and they sold out in two seconds.

So, since you wrote that comment, we've had a restraining order and now a 4pm deadline to withdraw it! What chaos. I feel sorry for the LFC/RBS people involved. They must be so stressed.
