We chat, watch movies, marvel at the skanky clothing that popstars wear these days, eat bad food... :) I see now why you consider me your ideal host. *LOL*
It's so frustrating when people give me judgemental looks, though. As if they've never done it. I am 100% convinced that everyone kicks vending machines every now and then, because seriously, who can resist provocation by machines? ;)
I wear thongs. I just read this and was all, "WTF has that got to do with shoes?" I am a dork. *facepalm*
You know, the existence of a Spanish restaurant called Capitan Torres makes me want to visit your hometown SO BAD. O_O
I think "Meh" is a very good name. Also, bonus points for the unisex-ness. XDDD
Do you have a dishwasher? Yes, me. :) I don't know why, but this just made me laugh out loud. XDD Poor you!
YOU ARE LISTENING TO D'NASH. OMG. *randomly glomps all over you*
My dad gets really awkward whenever there's a sex scene, LOL. LOL! In my family, I'm always the one who gets a little squeamish when there's anything even remotely close to a sex scene, even if it's just kissing. I'm fine when I watch films with friends, though. Weird!
How can you have nightmares about Benjamin Button? *scratches head* Okay, I haven't seen it, but I'm sure it's not really scary, is it?
Thanks for doing the meme! It's always interesting to find out little tidbits like that about people. :D
A friend of mine is really proactive and always suggests some sort of sport. *cringes* I'm far too lazy for that.
Do you say "flip-flops" instead of "thongs"? (Or do you just have your mind in the gutter?!)
Oh, it's unfortunately not in my hometown - but close enough! You really wouldn't want to visit my hometown. It's ugly and full of horrendously loud people and old men who don't seem capable of blinking. *shudders* But the city centre of Sydney is lovely!
Thanks, I do like a good unisex name. So much more functional, you know. ;)
Oh, I don't mind washing the dishes. I used to hate it, but I've realised that vacuuming is so much worse!
D'NASH IS MY LIFE. They never fail to put me in a great mood. :D
Yeah, I used to get awkward during sex scenes, but I watched more and more movies with my mother, and since she doesn't react at all, I just got used to it. But my dad's terrible!
Benjamin Button isn't scary at all. But because it's about a man who grows 'backwards', my mother found it really trippy and it gave her nightmares. She's odd.
Eek. Yes, I'm too lazy for that, too. My mum always tries to get me to do sport, and sometimes she succeeds, but never on the long run. ;)
(Or do you just have your mind in the gutter?!) Guilty as charged. XDD But yeah, we say "flip-flops" in Germany and I've never heard of "thongs" as shoes before, so don't be mad at me, it's really not my fault that I didn't think of shoes when reading this. XD
Oh! I hate old men who don't seem capable of blinking. Or of driving a car, in general. *shudders with you* But if the restaurant is in Sydney, I'll so have to go to Sydney one day. :D
You're right, washing the dishes is acceptable compared to vacuuming. I always procrastinate that. Right now I'm lucky because my hoover is broken... *snerk*
I own far too little D'Nash songs. Can you recommend me some? ^^ :D
Ugh, sport is so painful. Terribly fun, but I'm so bad at it, the fun part really isn't worth the humiliation. And physical pain. And luckily my parents feel the same way, so they never force me to do anything!
we say "flip-flops" in Germany Ah, I thought as much - so no, I don't think it's your fault at all! Hey, I've always wondered, what's your accent like? Does it lean towards British or American English?
It'd be lovely to have you visit sometime! I live in the suburbs of Sydney, but all the nice stuff is in the centre of the city. I'm only about 20 minutes away, but I'd still much rather be there.
Oh, you call it a 'hoover'! My parents do that - they picked it up in England. :)
Oh my gosh, I think I have every D'Nash song in existence. Which ones do you have? I'll upload a few for you now - hopefully you don't already have them. :) Casi - they sing my username in this song! :D Yo Por Ti, Tú Por í - intensely boppy. Esta Vez Sí - I suppose it's a quintessential boyband song. My favourite type of boyband song. :D
