Yeah...its been a minute.....Its funny how time passes and all that I have to say is LIfe...nothing extrodinary...just glad to be alive. Working, eating, chillin...the norm. Wait....I do have something to write about. I WENT HOME....anyhow the sunday before last I went home because there was suppossed to be a hurricane coming so the school closed and I went home to my fam. I was going to return on wednesday when I had to work for res life but my friend Ahmane told me that the director said to come back when you can...so to me that meant come back when it is most convienent to me...that happened to be the following weekend. so thats what I did and in the process one of the associate directors threatened to fire me for not coming back. but its whatever...back to me going home...it was cool...hung out with the fam...went to the club with my friends...got to see Javi and Ryan...went to six flags with my bestfriend Sade and got a cold. by the way I wanted to note that secrets suck. My other bestfriend disappointed me alot when I went home. She's stubborn and I know that but you know how you let someone know that you're hurt by something that they did but they fail to acknowledge that its their fault that you feel that way. But you know what now that I think about it, its my fault that I feel whatever I feel. Cuz someone said that you are the person that allows others to manipulate your feelings. fuck....anyhow I called myself not being cool with her but that was ineffective because we go to far back for that...so I said such is life and kept it moving...I was also mad at my dad cuz he told me I had to wait until december before I got my car but as always my mother finds a way so she said she would take some money out to get it fixed...I guess I'll attempt to be responsible and pay the insurance...money is evil...it never wants to stay in my pocket....everytime I get paid I feel like i have to buy something so yesterday I got overly excited after paying my cell phone bill and bought two pair of sandals, some pecan brown sandals with a nice heel and an ankle strap from nine west and some vintage looking tan sandals from urban outfitters then i bought a bra...My intention was not shoes at all actually I had told this african jeweler to hold onto this necklace for me and I would pick it up that weekend but i never made it that weekend and when I went to go find him he wasnt there so i splurgged. Anyhow I got two more weeks in new orleans before i make it back to the A...then me and my mom are going to Chicago...i'm looking forward to it...i love chicago in the summer.

Yeah I finally bought Common's cd...and he and his music are beautiful.

I finished song of solomon last week...I love Toni Morrison...her and her works are beautiful..

Damn...I love beautiful things.....Mainly myself.
