first update of the summer
Due to everyone bothering me for an update, I'v decided I am gonna finally write an entry.
I have had an unbelievable summer so far. I'll try to start from my last entry, even though it was over a month ago.
Zootopia was a very entertaining night. Definitely something to do if it's free. Me and Joe D got Green Room passes, courtesy of my job, and had filet mignon at the table next to Elvis Duran, Carolina Bermudez, Danielle Monaro and the rest of the Z morning Zoo. Cubby and Romeo was there too.
When the show started me went and had good seats. Not the best show, but entertaining. Seeing the Backstreet Boys was hilarious, and Gwen Stefani's Hollaback Girl was entertaining. Gavin Degraw (for the second time), Jennifer Lopez, Fat Joe, and Black Eyed Peas were highlights. Rob Thomas blew, Frankie J blew, every other act blew. But it was still a fun night. All it cost was parking.
Next up was Tampa, and it was a great weekend with the guys. We spent over a C not on taxis, but it was fun times. Ybor City was great, the beach was great, wiffle ball IN the Gulf was fantastic. Oh, yeah. Ahmed got married, too. Good times, gentlemen. No no no no, Don't Phunk with my heart.
The day I got home, I went to the beach with Caity. We played wiffle ball with some crazy Mexican kids, got food on the boardwalk, fell asleep in the car.... or not. And then we actually became official on the sky ride. Now we are rolling through 3 weeks of being together. And I couldn't be happier =)..
Next week was Summer Jam. It was absolutely nuts. Jadakiss, Ludacris, Kanye West were amazing, and Jay Z even showed up and performed Encore, and Public Service Announcement. It was awesome. People were actually bowing to this man. However, the drama didnt start until The Game took the stage.
He changed lyrics to "Hate it or Love it" and started dissin G-Unit by saying G-G-G-G-G-G U- NOT!!!!! and went on a rant about how G-UNit is gay and 50 Cent can suck his dick. When "This is How We Do" came on he changed the words to "50 Cent can suck my d--k, Lloyd Banks can suck my d--k. Young Buck can suck my d--k, etc. He called Tony Yayo a fa---t ass n-gga, and Olivia a man. People were booing and going nuts. Game also had someone dress up in a rat costume and the beat the shit out of it, the rat being 50. Pretty crazy.
What else has been going on this summer..
Oh yeah, I went up in Channel 7 Eyewitness News Chopper 7. It was awesome. I got amazing pics. Went all over Long Island, Brooklyn, and of course, Manhattan. I have amazing pics of Yankee Stadium, MSG, and all the other landmarks. It was awesome.
I went camping with pop and my brother. I love camping. There is nothing like a fire, fishing, and sleeping in a tent. I love it.
Then..
Ahh yes, Joe D and Conway's birthday bash down the shore. Amazing times. Not much to be said about this one. Pictures are worth a thousand words. (in AIM Profile) its basically the webshots address with cait41 and testafied. Caitys pics came out better.
Hungover and tired, I made my way back up from the shore and went to the Yankee game with Caity. The Yankees won behind an 11 K performance by the Big Unit. Pics are up on our sites. Great times in Section 39.
Many trips to South Plainfield, the beach, LBI and Yankee Stadium remain. My father and I are gonna visit Philly, and I am definitely gonna catch a Pedro Martinez start. Camping is also on the horizon.
Congrats to Mario, Jon and Chris on the new apartment. The good times will roll.
