I DID get into my Master's Program at Western (yay) for history so I'm around Bellingham again for another two years.
I wanted to know if you'd like to hang out or something. New friends are always fun to meet. I have two roommates who are also into anime/cosplay/video games. They don't bite, I promise.
Oh hey! Yeah, I remember you--I couldn't for the life of me remember your screen name, though (and that's a lot of comments to sift through. xD) In any case, congrats on getting into grad school! I made it up here myself, finally, to finish my undergrad studies and man it's awesome to be back, although things have changed a lot. My best friend is going to BTC, but I don't really know anyone on campus aside from my suitemates. Meeting some new people would be great!
I'm a Fairhaven kid so I tend to be bumming around south campus most of the time. I don't know if you ever eat on campus but maybe we could meet up at a cafeteria, or the VU or some other lounging-around spot where we can make sure neither of us is an axe-murderer and such. xD
I'm a student manager for catering so I have a free meal plan, so doing lunch or something is totally cool. (You not being an axe-murderer would be nice too ^__~)
I have class M-F from 9-10 (Japanese 101), M 4-7 (history 505, ick), and TH 4-7 (gender in early modern europe)
I'm working this tuesday forever (aka, 1-8, I don't know when I'm going to get over to Best Buy to pick up Days) and eww, I'm looking at mu work schedual and I'm thinking why don't you tell me when is good for you, and I'll figure out when work isn't trying to kill me off XD
Hmm, well--I have pretty much back to back classes all day Monday and Wednesday, but the rest of the week is pretty free. Since you've got work on Tuesday maybe we should shoot for Thursday? I usually find a reason to come to campus for lunch after a few hours of homework.

Thursday works, anytime between 10 and 4! Thursday is Viking Night, so catering will have me working from 7:30-1am, but 10-4 is all mine to do as I please ^__^

Sure, 11ish sounds good. I will probably be wearing a rather bright blue zip up jacket tomorrow. If its rainning, I'll be right inside Haggard Hall, at the tables by the Tony's Coffee.
Woot, it's a geek date. Or something. xD Ah, I'm not really eminently noticeable, and I don't have any bright clothing, so ah... I'll probably be the chick in the brown hoodie who appears to be lost in the modern era. Because you can totally see a psychosocial state of being from a mile away, right?
