no matter how many times luke and lorelai break up, no matter the boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, illegitimate children, crazy townies...through hundreds (probably thousands) cups of coffee, donuts, pancakes, boats, pick-up trucks, jeeps, blue ribbons/pink ribbons, Taylor Doose, Kirk's crazyness, Paul Anka eating chocolate...through everything, they always end up together in the end.
