Great post. It drives me nuts how much differently I was treated about 40 pounds ago. It's like somehow gaining weight has made me stupid and not worthy of being treated like a human being. I'll never be skinny and I'll never be "beautiful" and I'm going to stop trying for that. "Healthy" is all I'm going to be going for.

Today one of my bosses yet again chuckled when the mail guy came in and greeted me cheerfully and I returned the greeting. Evidently I do this with anyone that delivers things? Who knew? But the point is that she ended it with how good of a "personality" I have. Yeah. I know what that translates to in real life.
