i actually love valentine's day.
valentine's day was a few days ago and i, unlike everyone on facebook who hates valentine's day-which is probably because they don't have anything better to do on it but play on facebook- love valentine's day! i am very much in love with y boyfriend and we see it as another opportunity to show how much we care about each other. and we get all dressed up and go out to dinner and it really is quite romantical. we decided to do gifts at midnight because we were both so nervous about whether or not we were each going to like them. well it turned out to be really great!
i got alex an alien workshop deck. he rides an 8.0 and the only 8.0 they had was not the one i originally wanted for him. i mean, i still thought it looked cool but i had never heard of the guy whose board it was so i was nervous it was someone alex didn't like. i also got him grip tape and a dominion skate shop sticker.
and alex got me a beautiful necklace that's kind of in the shape of the infinity symbol with diamond chips around it! it is so pretty! i catch myself looking at it a lot and smiling. i've only taken it off to work out and shower.
the next morning i woke up to a dozen red roses and the sweetest card ever!
we went to see wolfman with devon and dustin [i'll review later] .then went to lunch at city dogs. after that we were supposed to go to the gym but i was being a super lazy bum and fell asleep. we woke up in time to watch the race [him! not me! ;) ] and get ready for dinner. we had reservations at p.f. chang's so we got semi-fancy!
after dinner we came home and watched the olympics together.
