i-95 traffic makes the yule tide gay
arrived at my mom's a few hours ago. the trip was rough; over 6.5 hours. it should only take 4.5 :( it was frustrating! i hate coming up here around the holidays because traffic on 95 is so bad! i get serious cabin fever in my car! but once i finally got up here it was nice. i played phase 10 with my family (finally) and i think they really liked it. now i'm waiting for courtney and leif to get here. their flight was delayed two or three hours from denver. i'm trying to stay awake until they get here but i don't know if i can do it. everyone else is already out. i'm watching escape from alcatraz to help [which, ps, is a great movie that i haven't seen in forever!]
i decided while i am here, and we're all just hanging out watching movies, snacking, etc. i was going to finally update my livejournal on all the fun things that have happened in my life that i have been meaning to catch up on. this includes that book that i STILL haven't gotten to, hiking, rise against and i thiiiink that may be it? well either way, it should be fun to get all that caught up!
